Through our relationship with the University of Oklahoma and many of the state government agencies, the National Center for Employee Development has hosted and assisted in training many Government Agencies ranging from OKDHS to ODOT.The National Center for Employee Development offers many different low and high element options to Government Agencies. Our low course can build teamwork and trust while providing a fun learning environment
security Military
Most military training camps have, in history, used low and high element assault courses to fine tune stamina, strength conditioning and the ability to work in all types of weather conditions. The National Center for Employee Developmentoffers many different low and high element options to military groups. Our low course can build teamwork whilst enforcing a high level of stress on the participants to produce results.
church Faith-Based
Oklahoma has many church camps that allow faith based groups to congregate together in the great outdoors and share their faith. These camps are normally a week long and require a large amountof logistical planning on behalf of the church committee. The National Center for Employee Development offers a 1 day or half day faith program that allows faith based groups to use our ropes course, centrally located in Norman, Oklahoma.
